Applicable Legislation and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. If any dispute arises related to the use of our services, we will promote an initial amicable resolution through our customer support department. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Spanish territory.
